"That's a bit unusual but then, I love sprinting and just go forward - I'm not staying back that much," he added.

"I warn my centre-back 'I'm not staying' and that I'm just going to continue running.

"The movement is what I'm looking for. It's good fun."

Along with the forward's six goals on debut, Stephen Ireland has scored eight in three games for the side, while George Boyd scored 5 on his debut appearance and Lescott, a defender by position, scored a hat-trick in one game up front.

The team are top of the Top Division with three victories from 3 and a GD of +19.

One opponent, thirty-eight, who features on the wing for Collegiate OB, came up against ex- Latics defender Figueroa on the weekend - and had to tell his nine-year-old boy who Heskey was.

He has played at 2 global tournaments for Honduras, in addition to featuring in over 200 Premier League matches.

"It was spreading like a rumor they had these ex-Premier League players," remarked Barrow.

"I think I was a bit awestruck playing against him to be honest.

"Also Emile [Heskey] got on and he's has 60-odd England caps.

"We held our own for a good twenty mins but then we had a player dismissed and it was tough.

"We really haven't ceased chatting about it - I was phoning my mother and brother on the way home.

"The opponents were all friendly, shaking our hands after the match - it was like facing a group of regular fellas.

"Now we can't wait for the return fixture."
